    Breathwork is an active meditation that helps shut the mind off long enough to access stuck energy and emotions in the body. As we begin to release the mind, unprocessed emotional pain is able to surface. Breathwork gives us an opportunity to release the painful emotions and experiences that keep us stuck in our lives.

    When used in specific ways, breathing allows us to release and resolve emotions, belief systems, stresses and memories which are often inaccessible through the more conventional talking therapies.
    Conscious Breathing opens a channel to the deeper realities of life, providing the groundwork for personal development and reaching higher states of consciousness.

    There are many benefits people realize through the practice of Conscious Connected Breath. These benefits include improved physical health, cleared emotional wounds and enhanced mental capabilities.     How does it work?

    Your Facilitator will use proven gentle movement techniques and simple core affirmations so that you achieve and maintain the wave-like "full circular breath" pattern. This activates a high frequency of electromagnetic vibration throughout the body and mind. According to the scientific principle of Entrainment, low frequency energy patterns are raised and transformed in the presence of the higher frequency energy state. This clears blockages within the energy systems.

    How to prepare for a Breathwork session?

    It is preferable to only eat lightly 2 hours prior or not at all before the session also wear loose and comfortable clothing. Check with your Facilitator about bringing blankets, pillows, yoga mat and an eye mask for comfort along with a journal to record after- session thoughts. It is always recommended for you to bring an open mind and begin to formulate a positive intention for the session.

    What can I experience during a Breath session?

    There is no set or predictable experience during or after a session. Since you are an individual, your experience will reflect your uniqueness. Common patterns include tingling sensations, feelings of joy, love and even mystical adventures. Some experience their buried emotions, which are integrated and healed in the session.

    How does Conscious Connected Breath affect physical health?

    The practice of Conscious Connected Breath brings more oxygen to the physical body. Providing more oxygen to the body has been beneficial for many conditions. Every individual has the innate capacity to heal. Conscious Connected Breath enhances each participant's ability to restore balance and well-being in their physical body. Since we use full diaphragmatic breathing, the lymphatic system is activated and begins to move toxins from the body. This allows the cells to take in more oxygen-rich blood and pranic life force.

    How does Conscious Connected Breath affect emotions?

    The process may evoke and resolve repressed emotions. Participants may experience joy or sadness during a session. The Conscious Connected Breath session promotes low energy vibrational patterns to entrain with higher vibrational states. Former negative feelings stored in the cellular memory are often transformed into feelings of acceptance and gratitude for having experienced the situation that produced the original perceptions and emotional responses. Individuals have reported feeling more positive in their emotional states and less stress.

    Is Conscious Connected Breath dangerous?

    It is not dangerous to breathe. It is good to breathe openly, deeply and frequently. This is the ultimate goal of Conscious Connected Breath. Breathing correctly brings more life and more energy to the individual.
    But there are some contradictions such as: cardio vascular problems, high or abnormal blood pressure, history of aneurisms, epilepsy or history of seizures, anyone on heavy medication, severe psychiatric symptoms, particularly psychosis or paranoia, bipolar depression, osteoporosis, recent surgery, glaucoma, pregnancy, an active addiction, mental illness without treatment or lacks adequate support, person with asthma should bring their inhaler.

  • These 4 weeks are comprised of 4 breathwork sessions, one session a week. Each day we are going to cover a different topic to help you become more aware of your understanding about how certain behaviors can be holding your life back and preventing you from achieving your goals in life; releasing old stuck emotions, past traumas and help you to deal with whatever may be happening right now in your life.

    Program Breakdown

    Week 1 Attachment – We are going to identify some of your attachments, understand where they come from, identify if they are affecting your actions, relationship with people, your freedom and more.

    Week 2 Unconditional Love for Yourself - The goal is to practice at having unconditional love for ourselves first and foremost; as you cannot give to others what you don’t have for yourself. We will be working on releasing judgment, identifying your self-judgments and more.

    Week 3 Overcoming Resentment and Forgiving Others - This is what resentment is: self-inflicted suffering with the emotional poison we wish for another. We are going to do an exercise to help you to forgive, if you are ready to do so; empowering your unconditional love.

    Week 4 Your Future Self – This is the time to use everything you’ve learned about yourself these past 3 weeks and create a conscious blueprint for your future self.

    Couples Conscious Connected Breathwork

    This session is designed for those who are having any type of challenge, disagreements or need emotional healing from any relationship (significant other, parents, family members, best friend, anyone who you have a close relationship)

    Learn each other’s love language, what it means and how to apply. Speak from your heart how you truly feel about the other person creating respect and understanding among you both. This is a very deep and transformative step into making the relationship much stronger and releasing old and current unresolved emotional traumas and stress.
